If you are a .NET Developer , then probably you would have heard of it . Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2010 is the latest release of the Visual Studio from Microsoft .

The Express Editions are targetted for the Hobby Programmers and you can Develop Applications ranging from Web Applications , Desktop Applications and now the Windows Phone 7 Applications too with this .

2. Virtual PC 2007

You can run different versions of Windows Operating system on your desktop with the Virtual PC . The Windows 7 Supports Virtual PC as well as Windows XP Mode .

It is easy to install and use.

3. XML Notepad 2007

If you are in search of the basic XML Editor , the here’s one called XML Notepad 2007 . Some of the features include incremental search , find and replace, Shema Validation and the XML Compare options ..

4. Learning Content Development System
