How to Edit the Word document in Print Preview ?

Here’s simple trick in the Word 2007 that lets you to edit the document when it is in the Print Preview mode .

  1. Open the word document and select File – Print – Preview
  2. Now , when you click on the document it might zoom in etc.. but you wont be able to edit it .
  3. Uncheck the Magnifier icon in the Print preview toolbar , this will enable the insertion in the preview mode .
