How to VoiceDial a number when the Windows Phone is Locked ?

The Windows Phone 7 has the built in feature that enables the users use the Voice dial to make phone calls etc.

To use this feature , press and hold the start button , and then tell Call < Contact Name > .

To enable this feature when the phone is locked ,

1. Go to Settings -> Speech

2. You will see the option “Use Speech When
The Phone Is Locked” unchecked , Just enable this option .

Now you should be able to make the voice dial when the phone locked too .
