How to show and hide comments and indicators in Excel 2010 ?
Usually , Excel displays the comments in the excel worksheet with the indicator . When the user hovers over the indicator , the comment is displayed .

You can change this behaviour easily in Excel 2010 to either disable the indicator and comment or even show the comment by default without indicator .
1. Go to File Menu – > Options
2. In the Excel Options , go to the Display section of the Advanced Options Tab .

3. In the group ” For cells with comments , show ” , you can hide the comment or show the comment via the radio buttons .
