Alcatel-Lucent has announced that OpenPlug Studio , formerly known as OpenPlug ELIPS Studio will now be available to application developers free of charge.

OpenPlug is a Eclipse based IDE and can run on Windows and Mac OS and can also be installed as a plug-in to flash builder too and can generate native apps out of JavaScript code for Symbian , Windows Mobile , iPhone, Android and iPad.
