3 ways of translating Document in Word 2010
You can easily translate the text in Word 2010 to different languages . Just go to the Review Tab in the Ribbon and click the Translate Button to see different options on translating the document .
Microsoft Word 2010 offers 3 different ways to translate a document . These include
1. Translate Document through Web Browser
This Option will allow the user to translate the complete document via the Web Browser and uses the Microsoft Online Service for translation .
2. Translate the selected text
This Option lets you select the text that you need to translate . After selecting the text to translate , right click to open the context menu and click translate . Select the language to which you want to translate in the right side bar .
This option lets you to point to a word or the sentence with the mouse which will open a small transparent window for translation .
This uses the Microsoft Office 2010 Mini Translator and includes a play button for audio of the translated word or phrase .
