Hotfix for Blue Screen of Death Error in Windows 7 SP1 is available now

Microsoft has released an hotfix for Blue Screen of Death error “stop error 0x0000007F” for the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 customers .

According to Microsoft , this happens to the users who configured to automatrically to the wireless network and when customers restart the computer from sleep mode or from hibernation .

In this scenario, you may receive an error message that resembles the following under rare circumstances:

STOP: 0x0000007F (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4) UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

Microsoft also says that this may also occur on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 and that has hotfix 979612 installed.
