How to modify the default Sounds in Windows 7 ?
The Windows 7 comes with different themes like Architecture , Characters , Landscapes , Nature etc . Each of these theme has default sounds that grabs your attention when you perform some operation .
You can modify them or turn the sound off by following the steps below .
1. Right click on the Desktop and click Personalize
2. Select the Theme that you wish to be set for the Windows 7 and click the Sound Icon .
3. This will open a new Dialog window that has 4 tabs – Playback , Recording , Sounds and Communication .
4. Select the Sound Scheme from the drop down and select the Sounds for each Program Events and click Ok
