How to disable “Paste Options” popup box in Word 2010 ?
Microsoft Office 2010 users might be familiar with the paste options dialog thats pops up when you paste a text in to your word document like the one shown below .
This box contains informations like
- Paste with Original Formatting
- Merge Formatting
- Keep Text Only
You can disable this option by following the below steps
1. Open your Word Document
2. Navigate to File -> Options -> Advanced Tab and under the Cut, Copy and Paste section , Uncheck the option “Show Paste Options button when content is pasted” and click OK
You are now ready to turn off this feature 
Thanks for the tip, had been searching for how to turn off the paste options box for ages. It also applies to Word 2007 as well.
