1. Navigate to the Data Ribbon Menu.

2. Click the Advanced Button in the Sort and Filter Section.

3. Select “Copy to another location” and enter the Copy to Textbox with the range where the data should be copied to. and also select “Unique records only”. and click OK

4. You should see the distinct values which will be copied to the cells mentioned in the copied to field.
